Series, comedies and telenovelas conquer audiences

Fiction has come into fashion. Series have returned with all the rage and the consolidation of  the telenovela genre leads to the opening of markets with world format trade. Many formats of US series as well as Latin American comedies and telenovelas have sold to France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Greece, Russia, India and Japan; and canned products are doing very well in India and in some Scandinavian countries, including territories we never though they could ever reach. This year, the event innovated in a very smart way, establishing a one-to-one meeting arena that turned out to be the perfect setting for business agreements. Another key topic of the meeting was that of promoting telenovelas, series and comedies so that many different fiction programs are developed in other regions worldwide. The Opening Act was attended by the renowned Frances Escribano, reporter and Director of TV 3; José Escalante, President and General Manager of Dori Media Distribution; Joaquín Durán Ayo, Airing Director at  TVA; Luís Salvador, Senator of the Spanish Courts at the Eighth Legislature; the actors Juan Pablo Shuk and Michel Gruffi, and the creator and organizer of the Summit, always at your service. You are invited to this original meeting that celebrates its 6th edition in October this year.
